We offer a 30-day inspection period for all catalog items. Bespoke or individually-commissioned furniture pieces are subject to an artist inspection fee if returned. For hygienic safety, beauty extracts and botanicals must remain sealed with their security seal intact to be eligible for exchange.

Maison d'Art arranges complimentary white-glove courier pickup at your convenience for any return items. You do not need to drop off packages at carrier terminals.

Every Maison d'Art piece comes with an individually registered NFC micro-chip sewn into the garment tag or embedded inside the wood joint. Simply hold your mobile device near the signature badge to verify its digital certificate.

Our raw brass housings are unlacquered, allowing them to develop a deep, personalized patina based on humidity and handling. If you prefer to maintain the mirror-polished golden sheen, polish with a micro-abrasive cloth and high-end metal wax twice per year.
